The Mountain Dew Junior Series swung through Georgetown, Kentucky for the tour's second stop this spring. A calm, still day with temperatures in the upper 70's welcomed competitors upon their arrival to Cherry Blossom Golf & Country Club. The near perfect scoring conditions produced some excellent scores from the field of 48 players within 4 age divisions.

Aquafina Junior Series @ Avon Golf Course
The third installment of the Aquafina Junior Series took place today at Avon Golf Course in Lexington, KY. The facility is located on the old Avon Army Depot property (now called Bluegrass Station) in the northern part of Fayette County.
It was a beautiful day in the Lexington area with near perfect weather consisting of sunny skies and 70 degree temperatures producing ideal scoring conditions for competitors. Twenty-five junior golfers within 3 age divisions teed it up to compete over Avon Golf Courses' challenging 9 hole layout. The competition produced some excellent scores resulting in scorecard playoffs for awards in 2 of the 3 age divisions.
